We’re thrilled to announce that Henri Spaan, a Fellow with the Quivira Coalition, is now making pastured poultry available again this season to customers looking for wholesome, organic, pasture-raised chickens and turkeys. Henri interned here for a season several years ago as part of his schooling, and has decided that farming is where his future lies. We’re mentoring him and teaching him the ins and outs of farming, also through Quivira Coalition, but he’s essentially running the show on his own.
