Chicken marinade recipe

This is one of our favorite recipes for our grass-fed pastured poultry. The recipe is simple, it’s quick and it’s sure to be pleasing to all who consume these delicious and healthy birds.

 1 Indian Ridge Farm & Bakery pastured chicken

1 cup vegetable oil

1 pt cider vinegar

3 tbs salt

1 tb poultry seasoning

1 tsp pepper

1 Indian Ridge Farm & Bakery pastured egg, beaten

Instructions: Cut up chicken, either into halves, quarters or pieces. Marinade chicken for 2 hours (or longer) in sauce. Cook on grill until done, brush often with extra marinade.
