Rinse leaves and drain. Chop everything, stems and all. Place in a big glass or ceramic bowl.
Add 1/2 C chopped scallions
Add 1/3 C toasted sliced almonds or sunflower seeds.
Heat together, 1/4 C vinegar, 1/4 C honey, 2 TBS tamari, 1/3 C oil, 2 Tbs water
DO NOT BOIL
Pour over salad and toss well 15 min before serving.
